Legal Counsel (Part Time - Commercial Contract)

What will you do?

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial, sales, and procurement related contracts (i.e., terms and conditions of sale and purchase, non-disclosure agreements, framework, and quality agreements, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and business objectives
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of contract versions, approvals, and execution status
• Provide guidance to business teams on contract interpretation and obligations
• Support process improvements in contract management and negotiation workflows
• Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and best practices for contract drafting and negotiation

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with contract management systems is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in contract negotiation, preferably with in house experience
• Experience with contract management systems is an advantage
