Required Technical Skill Set

Business UAT, end-to-end case testing, source-document validation, structured-output review, Submission Facts templates, Shopping List fields, defect logging, business-logic gap analysis, test-evidence preparation, stakeholder feedback, Mandarin and English proficiency required

Desired Experience Range

Experience in business QA, UAT, data validation or business analysis. Candidates must be able to compare source evidence with structured outputs and record clear defects or business-logic gaps. Reinsurance terminology and workflow experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Mandarin and English are required.
• Ability to compare source evidence with structured outputs accurately.
• Experience supporting business UAT and end-to-end case testing.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing Submission Facts templates and Shopping List fields.
• Ability to record defects, business-logic gaps and user feedback clearly.
• Comfortable working across business and technical teams.
• Willingness to learn reinsurance terminology and workflows.
• Able to support pass/fail assessment and test-evidence preparation.

Good-to-Have

• Direct experience in reinsurance, treaty processing or insurance data workflows.
• Experience with structured defect logging, business-logic gap analysis and user-feedback tracking.
• Familiarity with Submission Facts templates, Shopping List fields and structured source-output comparison.
• Strong documentation discipline and ability to prepare clear test evidence.
• Comfortable providing clear feedback to developers, recipe owners and business stakeholders.
