Private Equity Fund Accountant(Capital Distribution/Waterfall Calculation)

About the Role

To support their expanding fund activities, they are looking for a detailed and motivated Fund Accountant to join their finance team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Help prepare quarterly financial packs, NAV reports, capital accounts, and ILPA statements.
• Capital Transactions: Support the team with capital drawdowns and profit distributions.
• Fund Operations: Get involved in day-to-day fund management and administrative processes.
• Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and brokerage account reconciliations to ensure accurate figures.
• Team Support: Assist the Finance Director with ad-hoc tasks and special financial projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund operations, or fund administration.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Cantonese is a must
