Category Brand Manager

K&F CONCEPT is looking for a Global Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and performance across Southeast Asia, Europe, North America and other key international markets.

This role combines global media strategy with hands‑on performance marketing, supporting brand campaigns, new product launches, category growth and our DTC business.

What You’ll Do

• Own global paid media strategy, budget allocation, KPIs and performance optimization across key markets.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Programmatic and Retargeting.
• Drive quality traffic, customer acquisition, conversion and sales growth for our DTC business.
• Support global brand campaigns, new product launches and regional marketing initiatives.
• Turn media data into actionable insights across audiences, bidding, media mix, creatives and landing pages.
• Partner with Global Marketing, Brand, Category, E-commerce, DTC and Regional Marketing teams.
• Manage media agencies, platforms and external partners to improve media effectiveness and ROI.
• Identify new media opportunities, testing plans and best practices across markets.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing, either in-house or agency-side.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Solid knowledge of paid social, SEM, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, Programmatic and Retargeting.
• Experience managing multi‑market, large‑scale or multi‑channel media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience in DTC, cross‑border e‑commerce, consumer brands or global marketing is a strong plus.
• Strong project and agency management skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese and comfortable working with international teams.
