Paralegal Funds & Regulatory - International Law firm

Market leading international law firm with strongest partners in their field and recognized as the 'very efficient and collaborative' team is seeking Paralegal to contribute to Funds and Regulatory work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven paralegal to gain hands-on exposure to high-quality funds and regulatory work within a respected platform. In this role, you will work closely with lawyers on a range of regulatory matters, with a strong focus on SFC-related work and fund authorisations.

What would you be doing:

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents and regulatory filings
• Support SFC licensing applications for asset managers and other financial services clients, including preparing application materials and liaising with the SFC
• Assist with SFC fund authorisation processes, including drafting documentation and coordinating submissions
• Review Chinese translations of legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Provide general support on regulatory projects and ad hoc assignments

What you would have:

• 1-4 years of Funds and or Regulatory experience gained within a reputable international or regional law firm
• Prior exposure to SFC licensing and regulatory work is highly advantageous
• Strong language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) are essential
• Degree in Law or a related discipline
