What are you supposed to do for us?

• Deliver excellent customer service to guests and passengers in the lounge, including but not limited to greet and serve the guests and handle enquiries
• Provide administrative support to the guests
• Ensure smooth operations of the reception area

What prerequisites must be met for us to like you?

• Higher diploma or above
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Hotel/lounges management
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
