Johnson Electric in Jiangmen, Guangdong, seeks a skilled Training Specialist to build workforce capability in automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing. You will design and deliver practical training, turning complex concepts into effective learning, coaching internal trainers, and driving operational excellence.
Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in automation or technical training, fluency in Mandarin and strong English, plus knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and Lean Six Sigma.
