Course Consultant - Enrolment & Partnerships [Incentive-based]
Immerse Languages Institute is dedicated to helping learners of all ages build confidence and achieve real progress through high-quality language programmes and professional instruction. We offer group and one-to-one classes for children, teens, adults, and corporate clients, delivered on-site and online in a friendly, student-centred environment. We value excellent service, clear communication, and a collaborative team culture. We are now looking for a dynamic individual to join us.
What we are looking for
We're looking for a proactive, relationship-focused individual to join us as Course Consultant — guiding prospective students from initial enquiry through consultation, trial arrangements and enrolment.
This is a target-driven, incentive-based role with an immediate focus on course enquiries, proactive follow-up and enrolment. As you develop programme knowledge and commercial capability, you will also gain exposure to opportunities involving schools, companies and other institutional partners.
What you will do
- Respond to enquiries through telephone, WhatsApp, email, online channels and walk-ins.
- Understand prospective students’ learning needs and recommend suitable programmes and schedules.
- Conduct proactive telephone and written follow-up, including outbound calls.
- Coordinate trial lessons, placement checks, registrations and payments.
- Work toward agreed follow-up, conversion and enrolment objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily lead and conversion reports.
- Support renewals, referrals, open days and approved promotional activities.
- Progressively support school and company opportunities, including proposals, quotations and tenders.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree; a background in education, business, communications or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1+ year in sales, customer service, education, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred.
- Confident spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
- A consultative, relationship-first approach — comfortable with outbound follow-up, not just inbound enquiries.
- Organised and dependable under time pressure.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and student-management systems.
- Able to work on-site on Saturdays and according to the agreed weekend roster.
What we offer
- Basic salary plus a performance-based incentive scheme
- Training in Immerse’s programmes, systems and consultation approach.
- Development from individual enrolment consultation into school and corporate partnership work.
