Senior/Graphic Designer

• Design and deliver marketing collateral, packaging, digital content, and other creative assets that support brand objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and execute designs for online and offline campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage creative projects from concept to final production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Create and adapt materials including digital assets, email creatives, promotional materials, presentations, and corporate communications.
• Oversee artwork production, print and packaging processes, and maintain design assets and content libraries.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to drive creative excellence.
• Provide creative support for ad hoc business initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ graphic design experience
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and packaging design.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of print production, packaging, colour management, and artwork preparation.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into effective design solutions.
• Strong team player with the ability to work across functions and teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics and video editing skills are advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
