As Sales growth Specialist , you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by engaging with prospective customers across multiple channels. You will play a critical role in supporting GemIQ's sales team by booking appointments, managing customer communications, and driving outbound prospecting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO, CCO, CMO, and leadership team to execute the local market acquisition strategy and book at least 5-6 qualified meetings daily for the Product experts
- Rapidly master GemIQ's products, services, and value propositions
- Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound calls and 50 outbound emails per day
- Book qualified appointments for the Account Executive team
- Manage and respond to inbound sales emails in a timely and professional manner
- Handle inbound live chat conversations and qualify potential customers
- Execute outbound campaigns provided by the marketing and sales teams
- Follow up consistently with prospects across phone, email, and live chat
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date after every customer interaction
- Identify qualified opportunities and hand them over to the sales team
- Adapt scripts and messaging to different customer profiles and markets
- Hit and exceed daily activity targets and monthly appointment booking goals
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an appointment setter
- Previous experience working evening and night shifts is required
- Experience working in a call center
- Excellent communication, phone, and written communication skills
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- For this position, working the night shift is required as you are servicing the US
- Passion for technology, product innovation, and helping companies scale
- Additional languages Spanish, French, Portuguese is a plus
