IT Financial Planning & Strategy Lead

The Hong Kong Jockey Club IT Division is seeking an Executive Manager for IT Planning & Financial Management to lead financial planning and reporting across the IT function. This role establishes a transparent view of IT costs and partners with IT and Finance teams to manage costs to target.

You will drive divisional planning for IT run and change costs, improve budgeting accuracy, and lead a small team of finance professionals. Chinese language skills preferred; English fluency required.
