Security Manager

Job duties:

• Develop and implement strategies for managing security at main site, and satellite areas.


• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures for the project


• Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring effective performance and adherence to protocols


• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to maintain security and emergency response plans


• Monitor and review the performance of the security subcontractors in order to ensure performance of subcontractor obligations


• Monitor security systems and technology, ensuring they are functional and effective


• Investigate security incidents and prepare reports, recommending improvements to prevent recurrence


• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations


• Liaise with project management and stakeholders to address security concerns and provide updates


• Conduct regular security audit and review to ensure compliance with company requirements

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related discipline


• 5 years of experience on-site experience in security management preferably in the construction sector


• Strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response


• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong pertaining to security and safety


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams


• Experience in construction industry is preferred


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
