Multimedia Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Multimedia Designer with a strong focus on video production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. This role is approximately 70% video and multimedia production and 30% graphic design, covering the full creative process from concept development and storyboarding through filming, editing, post‑production, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical production skills, a good visual eye, and the ability to translate creative briefs into engaging, high‑quality content across digital, social, corporate, campaign, and event platforms.

Responsibilities

Video & Multimedia Production – 70%

• Manage end‑to‑end video production, including concept development, storyboarding, shot planning, filming, post‑production, and final delivery
• Capture high‑quality video and photography using professional cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment
• Produce engaging multimedia content for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, social media, paid advertising, events, and brand storytelling
• Create motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance visual storytelling
• Handle post‑production tasks including video editing, colour correction and grading, audio editing, and content optimisation for different platforms and formats
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Regional Marketing Managers and external vendors, to develop creative concepts, plan productions, and execute successful shoots
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high‑quality output, brand consistency, and on‑time delivery
• Refine creative work based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining strong attention to detail and creative quality
• Stay up to date with industry trends, AI technologies, and emerging creative tools to continuously improve production quality and workflow efficiency

Graphic Design – 30%

• Support the Marketing team with the design and production of marketing collateral, including flyers, email banners, social media graphics, presentations, and other digital and print materials
• Adapt and develop creative assets across different formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Support ad hoc creative and design projects as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, Film Production, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia design, video production, or a related creative role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong video editing, motion graphics, and post‑production skills are essential
• Hands‑on experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio, and professional video production equipment
• Strong understanding of composition, visual storytelling, pacing, and content creation for digital and social platforms
• Experience with AI‑powered creative tools and/or 3D workflows is an advantage
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video production, motion graphics, editing, and creative storytelling capabilities
• A proactive, self‑motivated team player who can also work independently when required
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high creative and brand standards
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese
