About The Role
As an Accounting Assistant - Accounts Receivable & Credit, you will manage billing, receivables, deposits, and credit control activities while ensuring accurate financial records and supporting month-end accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain city ledger accurately and bills are sent out promptly and accurately
- Review all city ledgers with proper supporting documents and prepare invoices and statements for billing from times to times
- Review and prepare credit card folios and control for all the respective credit card companies daily
- Receive Rooms & F&B deposits from Sales, Events Management and F&B outlets daily
- Monitor the deposit situation and follow up the unutilized deposit with department concerned
- Assist the team to prepare adjustment and month-end journals
- Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required
About You
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accountancy or other related disciplines
- Knowledge of SUN Accounting System would be an advantage
- Responsible, independent & self-motivated
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
