We are expanding our Bar Division and seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to elevate the food program across ouroutlets, ensuring that our culinary offerings match the creativity and prestige of our beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee kitchen operations across all Tastings Group bar outlets.
• Develop and execute menus tailored to bar concepts, emphasizing small plates, sharing dishes, and innovative food pairings.
• Collaborate closely with bar managers and mixologists to create unique food & cocktail experiences.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and creativity in food presentation and taste.
• Mentor and manage kitchen teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Represent Tastings Group’s brand values and uphold its reputation for innovation and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in the same role in high-end bars, lounges, or hospitality groups.
• Strong background in bar-focused cuisine and creative food concepts.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency.
• Passion for innovation and knowledge of global culinary trends.
