Guest Experience Receptionist - Club Dining

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a customer-focused hospitality professional for our Catering Department in Hong Kong. You will manage reservations, seat Members, and coordinate with dining room staff to ensure smooth service from arrival to departure.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with booking systems and MCRM. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is an advantage. This is a full-time on-site position within our clubhouses.
