STATE STREET CORPORATION in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Depositary Services professional to support the Head of Depositary Services. You will help strengthen the depositary service platform, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop training programs with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams.
The role requires oversight of trust deeds and fund constitutive documents, and a strong grasp of regulatory requirements for trustee and fiduciary services.
