About This Opportunity

The Account Executive will assist with brand strategies and brand management for our well-known top tier partners while also assisting in the development of new business partners in Hong Kong.

The Account Executive will be expected to implement marketing, promotional and category plans for top tier partners to ensure delivery against revenue targets. Your role will be to manage day to day requirements and build strong, high level relationships, both internally and externally whilst gaining complete understanding of the partner’s goals, objectives, internal processes and business ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead new partner launch projects involving IT integration, marketing promotion arrangement, card production, etc
• Conducting market research on customer trends and behaviours
• Assisting management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales performance.
• Visiting clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing, finance, legal, etc)
• Assist with organising ad hoc events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
• Regular and timely reporting and reviews of accounts, products and new business opportunities
• Work with warm leads in building new business pipelines and proactively target potential new product and merchant/retail partners to achieve new business revenue, margins and distribution targets.
• Constantly strive to improve process and efficiencies in conjunction with your line management
• Interaction with all key international resource functions to manage all projects through from end to end and ensure projects/launches are delivered along agreed timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related subjects
• Ideal candidates will have at l east 2 years’ experience in retail / Fast Moving Consumer Goods FMCG industry
• Acute attention to detail for tracking and managing a new business workflow.
• Willingness to take ownership and ability to drive projects from end to end
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and ability to interact any level
• Highly proficient presentation and commercial modelling skills
• Able to work independently under fast pace in a timely manner
• Strong data analytical skills from MS office tools
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate or short notice would be an advantage
