My client, a leading insurer, is seeking a dynamic professional to drive growth in the individual health insurance segment. Reporting directly to the Channel Head, this role emphasizes expanding broker partnerships, enhancing sales productivity, and advancing digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute business strategies and deliver sales targets
- Build and manage broker/IFA partnerships to grow distribution
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across products
- Monitor account performance and drive continuous improvement
- Promote digital tools and marketing initiatives to enhance customer reach
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (medical insurance preferred)
- Valid IIQE license (Papers 1 & 2)
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and digitally savvy
