Role Description
The Business Development and Administration Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR. This role is responsible for supporting market expansion initiatives and assisting in the development of strategic partnerships across the family care and postpartum care sectors. Daily activities include coordinating internal and external meetings, assisting with guest relationship management, and maintaining accurate records and reports for management. The Specialist also supports administrative tasks, ensures smooth office operations, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and improve administrative processes. This position requires proactive communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Administration and Business Management skills to support daily operations, customer relations, and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regional stakeholders.
- 3+ years Relevant experience in business development, guest relations, operations, or administration—ideally within the healthcare, hospitality, or high‑end service industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Hotel Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and productivity tools.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt swiftly to changing business priorities.
