The Maples Group, a leading financial and legal services firm, seeks a Hong Kong-based Paralegal to support the Corporate Team. You will handle formation, maintenance, strike-off and filing procedures for companies and partnerships, draft documents, and liaise with overseas offices to ensure timely delivery of instructions.
Minimum 2–3 years of corporate paralegal experience, strong English and Chinese skills, and an ability to manage high volumes under pressure are essential.
