Our Design Team is looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging products, working closely with cross-functional teams from concept to production.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop product concepts and designs for action figures, role-play, and toy categories


• Translate brand, storytelling, and play experience into compelling product solutions


• Create sketches, 3D concepts (CAD/visualisation), and presentation materials


• Collaborate with engineering, packaging, marketing, and global teams


• Support product development from concept through prototype, tooling and production


• Ensure design intent, quality, and brand consistency are maintained throughout development


• Explore new design trends, materials, and technologies (including AI tools) to drive innovation

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline


• 2–5 years of relevant design experience (toy experience is a plus)


• Strong sketching and visual storytelling skills


• Proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g., KeyShot, ZBrush)


• Experience in product development and manufacturing processes


• Passion for toys, entertainment brands, and play experience


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Experience in model kits & construction toy design is an added advantage


• Strong command in spoken and written English
