Blackpanda Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and value across our HK portfolio. You will partner with customers and channel partners, align with Sales and Delivery teams, and ensure a seamless post-sales journey.

This role suits candidates with 2–4 years in CS, account management or post-sales in cybersecurity or SaaS, capable of translating technical services into business outcomes and building trusted-advisor relationships.
