About Our Client

As an Assistant Manager you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of distribution processes within the not-for-profit sector in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for reporting, looking at royalties cycle and also managing a small team.

Job Description

As an Assistant Manager - Distribution Team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating the distribution processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Reviewing and analysing distribution data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handling the royalties distribution cycle
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimise workflows and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.
• Assisting in resolving distribution-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager - Distribution Team should have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in distribution or a related area within the not-for-profit sector / royalty distribution
• Over 8 years solid experience in sizeable firms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A proactive approach and attention to detail.
