Description
Salary Package: HKD 18,000 – 19,000 / month ($18K– $19K × 12 months) + Performance Bonus + Incentive Scheme
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service and handle general loan inquiries in a branch environment.
Assist in loan processing and documentation tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain positive customer relationships and support daily branch administrative operations.
100% Pure Customer Service Role: Strictly zero sales targets or cold-calling required.
Key Benefits & Working Hours
Incentive Eligibility: Monthly incentive payouts without sales target pressure.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) & Half-day Saturday (Time-off in lieu / compensatory leave provided for weekday shifts).

Requirements
At least 1 year of Customer Service or Loan Processing experience in financial institutions (small or medium finance companies welcomed).
Prior experience in Call Centres (Personal Loans or Credit Cards) is highly preferred.
