Senior Business Development Officer (EB sector)

Responsibilities:

• Provide enquiry support to intermediate corporate client on policy administration, claim and complaints


• Follow up and liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries


• Prepare performance reports to monitor SLAs and service standards


• Collect feedback reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company


• Follow and propose changes to streamline process and meet customer expectation


• Participate in projects and system enhancements to enhance team efficiency and service level

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree holder preferable


• 2-3 years' experience in insurance customer servicing


• Basic understanding of the distribution of life and health insurance businesses


• Excellent communication interpersonal skills; with good client-centric mindset


• Able to work independently and under pressure


• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
