The Role 職位簡介
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to own and elevate our visual brand identity across both digital and print channels. In this role, you will bring healthcare and service information to life through compelling graphic assets, informative visuals, and engaging video tutorials that keep our community informed.
我們正在尋找一位具創意且注重細節的多媒體設計師（Multimedia Designer），負責全面建立並提升我們在數位與印刷渠道的視覺品牌形象。在此職位中，你將透過引人入勝的平面設計、資訊圖表及生動的教學影片，將醫療保健與服務資訊呈現給大眾，確保我們的社群隨時掌握最新資訊。

What You’ll Do 工作內容

• Print Media & Collateral 印刷媒體與宣傳品：
  Create high-quality leaflets, booklets, and informative guides for distribution across our network of partners (hospitals, community centers, and medical facilities).
  製作高品質的單張、小冊子及資訊指南，供分發至我們的合作夥伴網路（包括醫院、社區中心及醫療機構）。

• Digital Media & Marketing 數位媒體與行銷：
  Design promotional banners and campaign assets for digital channels, including our in-app newsfeed and social media platforms.
  設計數位渠道的宣傳橫幅（Banner）及活動素材，涵蓋應用程式內動態消息（In-app newsfeed）及社群媒體平台。

• UX & Graphic Design 用戶體驗與視覺設計：
  Develop web assets, infographics, and refreshed UI/UX elements that optimize user interaction.
  開發網站素材、資訊圖表（Infographics）及優化 UI/UX 視覺元素，以提升使用者互動體驗。

• Video Content Creation 影片內容創作：
  Produce basic video tutorials and motion graphics to support new product feature launches and user onboarding.
  製作基礎教學影片及動態圖形（Motion graphics），以支援新產品功能發布及用戶入職引導（User onboarding）。

• Brand Consistency 品牌一致性：
  Maintain brand guidelines and evolve a cohesive visual design language across user touchpoints.
  維護品牌指南，並在所有用戶觸點中發展出具連貫性的視覺設計語言。

What We’re Looking For 職務要求

• Experience 工作經驗：

  • Proven experience in digital design, print production, and multimedia content creation (prior experience in a design, marketing, or communication role is a plus).
    具備數位設計、印刷製作及多媒體內容創作的實證經驗（曾任職於設計、行銷或公關傳播領域者優先考慮）。

  • At least 2 years of experience.
    具備至少 2 年相關工作經驗。

  • Interested candidates are required to send a portfolio.
    意者須附上作品集（Portfolio）。

  • Experience in the service industry, professional services, or healthcare industry is preferred.
    具備服務業、專業服務或醫療保健行業經驗者優先。

• Technical Skills 專業技能：

  • Proficiency with design and media tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, CapCut, and modern Generative AI tools.
    精通各類設計與媒體工具，包括 Figma、Adobe Creative Cloud（Photoshop、Illustrator）、Canva、CapCut 及新型生成式 AI 工具。

• Languages 語言能力：

  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English is required.
    須具備流利的中英文書寫及口語能力。

• Design Versatility 設計多元性：

  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a solid foundation in typography, layout, and multi-format design (print and digital).
    具備強大的視覺敘事能力，並在排版、版面配置及多格式設計（印刷與數位）方面擁有紮實基礎。

• Attention to Detail 注重細節：

  • Maintain accurate service and healthcare information across all materials.
    確保所有宣傳與教學資料中的服務及醫療資訊準確無誤。
