Job Duty

Job Description: Assist the Head Chef with ingredient preparation and dish production. Support daily kitchen operations and workflow. Assist with front-of-house duties as needed in an open-kitchen setting. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold personal hygiene standards. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Japanese kitchen environment. Conversational Cantonese and basic English are required; Japanese language skills are mandatory. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally. Able to work effectively under pressure during peak service hours. Eligible to work in Hong Kong and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card. 工作職責： 協助主廚準備食材及製作菜式。 支援廚房日常運作及工作流程。 在開放式廚房環境中，按需要協助前場工作。 保持廚房清潔，並遵守個人衛生標準。 入職要求： 具備至少 2 年日式廚房工作經驗。 須具備日常廣東話及基本英語溝通能力；懂日語為必須。 態度積極，具備良好的團隊合作精神。 樂於學習、成長及專業發展。 能於繁忙營業時段承受壓力並有效工作。 可於香港合法工作，並持有有效香港身份證。
