Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day boutique operations and lead sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Drive clienteling initiatives and maintain brand image/visual merchandising standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the frontline retail sales team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role (Luxury / Premium Leather Goods / Fashion background preferred).
• Strong customer service focus with experience managing VIP relationships.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proactive, sales-driven, and a good team player.
