Job Highlights: • Salary can achieve 21K • Prime commercial complex at Shatin • 5-day work week, Public Holiday Responsibilities: • Provide one-stop services at Customer Services Counters for prime commercial complex • Liaise with several departments to handle customer enquiries, complaints and provide other services as required • Monitor the reception counters and provide clerical support to the daily operations • 5-day work week from 08:30-18:30 on shift basis (including weekends and Public holidays) Requirements: • Form 5/HKDSE or above with at least 1 year experiences in Customer Services, Hospitality, Luxury retail and Airlines industry is preferred • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, creative and able to work independently • Attentive to details and be a good team player • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese • Basic knowledge of MS Office application • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is an advantage • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Concierge Officer • Working location in Hong Kong Science Park We Offer: • Attractive salary package • Annual leaves • Medical insurance • Voluntary dental scheme • Discretionary Bonus¸ Performance award, Referral bonus • On-job training Interested parties please send application letter with detailed resume, current and expected salary to Human Resource Department through one of the following means: Mail: Unit 213-215, Building 1E, No. 1 Science Park East Avenue, Hong Kong Science Park, Pak Shek Kok, Shatin, N.T.
