Our new department, “ Property Consultancy Departmen t” is dedicated to acting as an independent, third-party advisor for clients—especially those unfamiliar with the Hong Kong property market. Moving beyond traditional agency models to eliminate conflicts of interest, our goal is to provide unbiased, expert guidance and protect our clients' best interests throughout their sales/purchase journey.

Job Description :

• Act as a trusted, independent third-party advisor (“盲公竹”) for vendors and purchasers to deliver objective market insights without agency bias.
• Provide professional property valuation and strategic consultancy services.
• Advice potential vendors and purchasers through every step of the property transaction process.
• Design, formulate and implement the marketing strategies for property consultancy services
• Lead and manage the team member and can create business income.

Requirements:

• Member of HKIS and/or RICS, but not a must.
• Valid Estate Agent's Licence (Individual).
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in property valuation and/or real estate agency services.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong property market and transaction practices.
• High level of integrity, strong analytical mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.
