1. Retail Training Delivery • Deliver classroom, virtual, and in-store training programs. • Conduct induction training for new hires. • Facilitate product launch training and seasonal campaign briefings. • Train frontline teams on skincare consultation, treatment protocols, and selling techniques. • Ensure retail teams fully understand brand values, customer journey, and operational standards. 2. Training Administration & Reporting • Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and competency assessments. • Prepare training reports and development progress updates. • Track training KPIs and certification completion. • Ensure training materials remain updated and relevant. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, HR, and Learning & Development teams. • Support brand events, product launches, and retail campaigns. • Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.
