Mercer is seeking a Senior Account Manager / Associate Director for our MMB team in Hong Kong. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and involves managing renewals, client and carrier interactions, and design/negotiation of renewal terms.
You will handle new business, client servicing, and proposals, while mentoring teams and expanding accounts in a dynamic insurance broking environment.
