Responsibilities
Plan and implement a digital content calendar that supports company brand-building objectives, publicity campaigns, and new promotional functions, including coordinating with internal teams and managing end-to-end workflows across platforms
Brief and monitor service providers to ensure effective execution of brand-building and publicity strategies, and performance against agreed KPIs
Review and approve digital content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand identity, tone and style
Analyse digital performance and monitor online sentiment to support brand-building optimisation and identify emerging issues
Collect, organise and file information and materials required for brand-building content, publicity campaigns and corporate marketing collateral
Perform administrative, logistical and coordination duties supporting brand-building activities and publicity operations
Liaise with service vendors to compile accurate performance data and assist in preparing brand-building and publicity reports
Assist in reviewing and proofreading marketing materials for accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
Handle and relay enquiries related to publicity and brand-building professionally and accurately
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution, preferably majoring in Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline
At least ten (10) post graduate full time experience, including two (2) years in a managerial role, in managing publicity campaigns, brand building initiatives, and social media platforms/websites in government or non government settings (experience gained within the past eight (8) years)
Proven experience working with vendors and agencies on brand building/publicity projects
Strong creative and strategic mindset with expertise in campaign maintenance
Up to date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms and best practices
Strong writing skills and ability to conduct content research for impactful communication
Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
Advanced skills in MS Office, graphic design/video editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and AI based content tools
