FWD Group seeks a seasoned in-house lawyer to provide day-to-day legal support for its Hong Kong and Macau life insurance business. You will handle policy documents, product terms, rider disclosures, and customer communications to ensure regulatory compliance.
You will also advise on distribution agreements, commercial contracting, and complaints handling, liaising with regulators and internal stakeholders.
