The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senion Data Analyst/ Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance data models that serve as the single source of truth for our enterprise-wide reporting and analytics. You will bridge the gap between our complex data infrastructure and business intelligence needs, enabling stakeholders to make data-informed decisions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis : Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to generate actionable insights and recommend process improvements
• BI Reporting : Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs using modern business intelligence tools
• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear and comprehensive business requirements
• Data Integration : Connect to multiple data sources (SQL Server, Oracle DB, APIs, etc.), perform complex transformations, and establish efficient data loading patterns
• Change Management : Contribute to Change Request projects, supporting development, testing, and implementation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands ‑ on experience in data analytics and business intelligence, ideally within banking, insurance, or financial services
• Proven track record of managing and delivering projects over 3+ years
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization
• Solid understanding of data warehouse (star/snowflake schemas, dimensions, and fact tables)
• Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for data visualization and reporting
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation is an advantage

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
