Job Description
- System development projects such as E-Commerce, Mobile Apps and project management
- Maintain and enhance ERP/CRM System
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to define system requirements
- Work with the technical team and vendors for system implementation or enhancement (e.g. website, security, networks, communication systems, server platforms and application)
- Perform system health checking, monitoring and testing
- Provide user guide, training and support to production system
- Monitor company user accounts
Job Requirements
- University graduate with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in ERP/CRM system implementation, integration and system support, or business/operation transformation
- Responsible, self-initiative, good team work and excellent communication skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Conversant with MS Word, Excel
- Experience in MLM / Direct Selling will be an advantage
