Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teaching Assistant to support our in-class teaching and content development. This role involves working closely with young learners to help them grow confident in their English abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist teachers during in-class instructions. - Assist in the development of the learning programme. - Facilitate small group activities and provide one-on-one support. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. - Monitor student progress and provide feedback. - Encourage creativity and participation in language learning activities. - Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment. Qualifications: Fresh graduates welcome! Must have a love for working with children and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in teaching or tutoring (preferred but not required). Strong English language skills, both spoken and written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a positive demeanor.
