Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Manager to originate and execute integrated capital solutions across its Group units, focusing on capital-driven reinsurance and asset/ALM-linked strategies. You will design structures, assess risks, and ensure governance with robust audit trails.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in reinsurance/ALM solutions, strong regulatory knowledge (Solvency II, RBC), and professional qualifications such as CFA/ FSA.
