Property Officer
Job Duty
A newly built industrial building is seeking a Property Officer. Job Responsibilities: • Participate in the handover process to tenants, ensuring all units and facilities are properly inspected and documented. • Handle daily property management operations after handover, including tenant liaison, maintenance coordination, and building service monitoring. • Supervise and monitor service contractors (e.g., cleaning, security, technical, and maintenance) to ensure high-quality service standards. • Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt responses and satisfactory resolutions. • Support in implementing and maintaining safety, health, and environmental management systems in compliance with legal and company requirements. Requirements: • Diploma or above in Property Management, Housing Studies, Building Services, Real Estate, or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in tenancy management and property management, with exposure to commercial or industrial building management. • Holder of a valid Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 2) will be an advantage. • Familiar with relevant Building Management Ordinance (BMO) and property management practices. • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with good communication and leadership skills. • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
