Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to drive product adoption and engagement.
• Deliver onboarding, product training, and ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product value.
• Monitor customer usage and satisfaction, proactively addressing issues and increasing account activity.
• Drive client renewals and identify upselling opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and improve retention outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Success Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
• Previous exposure to SaaS, FinTech, financial services, asset management, or securities industries is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Analytical and results-driven, with proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
• A proactive team player who can collaborate effectively across functions and drive client success.
