VP of Accounting - BOC International

The Role

AVP/VP, Fixed Asset Management & Administrative Accounting, Financial Management

Key Accountabilities

• Expense Team Management & Overall Arrangement, including responsible for the review and control of business expenses, daily reimbursements, and establish a standardized expense review system;
• Expense Compliance Risk Control & Policy Review, Update and Implementation;
• Responsible for month end closing, bank reconciliation and other accounting work;
• Responsible for fixed assets/ leased asset related tasks;
• Payment system and work-flow revamp/ automation;
• Data Analysis & Process Optimization;
• Cross-departmental Coordination & Special Work Promotion;
• Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisors.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Financial Management, Accounting and other finance-related majors is preferred;
• Proficient in office software including Excel and PPT, with independent capabilities of data analysis, report writing and process optimization;
• At least 6 years of corporate financial work experience, at least 1 year of team management experience in expense accounting and fixed asset management; candidates with financial management experience in medium and large-sized enterprises are preferred;
• Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Have a strong sense of financial compliance and risk control, rigorous and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility;
• Good at communication and coordination, cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving.
• able to work under pressure;
• Clear logical thinking, with the thinking of data analysis, review and summary, and continuous optimization, suitable for refined financial management and control work;
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
