What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Support the development and execution of lending product initiatives, including product enhancements, pricing optimization, credit policy changes, and business growth programs
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve loan volume, profitability, customer acquisition, and customer experience
• Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, from requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment to implementation and post-launch review
• Partner with Product, Credit Risk, BI, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and external stakeholders to drive successful execution
• Analyse portfolio, funnel, and business performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision‑making and track the effectiveness of key initiatives
• Explore and implement AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, business analytics, product management, or project management
• Experience in personal lending, digital banking, or financial services is preferred
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Exposure to AI, digital transformation, or process automation is an advantage
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
