- Online learning and maintain the e-learning system
- Design programs to embed a customer-centric culture and service excellence
- Develop learning experiences to deepen product expertise and selling skills.
- Lead workshops that inspire participation and real-time skill practice.

- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Min of 3 years of relevant HR experience
- MNC, Quarry Bay, 5 days work, 8:30-5:00pm (Mon to Fri)
- Drive L&D initiatives to build a high-performing workforce
- Establish global partnerships with educational institutions to attract talents
- 5-day work week with consistent working hours
