Director of Sales and Product Development (F&B Industry)

Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets. - Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to expand the company's market presence. - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, suppliers, and strategic partners. - Develop and launch new products/services based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. - Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization. - Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to maximize sales and profitability. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, business plans, and management reports. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitive advantages. - Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Development, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Management, or related functions, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. - Strong leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills. - Solid experience in market analysis, product positioning, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting. - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage. - Well-organized, proactive, innovative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
