Tsuen Wan • Japanese F&B Company/ Promote JPN food product • Handle existing & develop clients relationship • Transportation allowance, double pay, discretionary bonus Job duties: • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting the company’s products to customers. • Implement a strategic business plan that keeps our existing customers and expands our customer base by developing new business actively. • Through visiting customers, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs. • Provide after-sales service and handle complaints. • Provide essential support to the sales team to enhance overall customer satisfaction. • Handle daily sales activities to achieve the company’s objectives. • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and report market-related issues. • Implement and modify marketing strategies to respond to market environment changes and business activities of competitors. • Collect payments from customers. • Receive orders, input data, and confirm order details. • Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirement: • Tertiary education or above • Work experience as a salesperson for more than 3 years (experience in Japanese food industry is preferred) • Selling, communication and negotiation skills • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer needs. • Excellent knowledge of MS office and familiar with system input • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
