Lounge Hakuba, a popular bar and restaurant in the heart of Hong Kong, is looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender. Having proudly served our community for 7 years, we are undergoing a revamp to refresh our space, offerings, and standards. Our mission is to deliver quality cocktails, drinks, food, and dining experiences that are both exceptional and accessible, while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your contribution will be key in shaping Lounge Hakuba’s refreshed identity and ensuring it continues to be a favourite destination for our guests. Roles & Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of the bar operations including Stock ordering, Stock management and Menu design - Conduct R&D for cocktail recipes - Ensure the highest standards of customer service, drink quality, and dining ambience - Train and supervise team members - Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations - Foster a positive, collaborative and productive work environment for the bar team What we are looking for - Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in managing bars or similar hospitality venues - Strong leadership skills: With the ability to coach and promote a teamwork atmosphere. Train, assist and guide junior staff with passion, patience and dedication -Proactive: Take full command and responsibility of the overall Bar operation - Cheerful & Positive Team player: Open minded with positive attitude, able to develop and grow as part of the team - High Standard Customer Service: Cultivate loyalty with staff and customers.
