Paralegal - Various Firms (IPO, M&A, Funds, Banking) - Pure Hong Kong

We are working with four separate law firms to look for paralegals across various specialisms. Each role focuses on a specific area such as IPOs, M&A, Funds and Banking. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist solicitors in the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various sources.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up to date.
• Prepare for trials and hearings by compiling evidence, drafting witness lists, and organizing exhibits.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
• Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and agreements.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing documents, and maintaining the office’s legal database.
