Analyst, Relationship Management

Ares Management is looking for an Analyst to join their APAC Relationship Management team in Hong Kong. This role involves supporting investor relations and client servicing for institutional clients in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. The Analyst will work closely with senior Relationship Managers and engage in various tasks such as client meetings, market research, and investor reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Support the APAC Relationship Management team with various tasks
• Track meetings with investors and maintain Salesforce records
• Participate in client meetings and gather investor feedback
• Coordinate with investment professionals to stay updated on fund performance
• Assist with investor due diligence and prepare marketing materials
• Conduct market research to identify potential client opportunities
• Help with client reporting and communications

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in asset management, investor relations, or a similar financial role
• Knowledge of alternative investment products and corporate finance
• Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in a long-term career in investor relations
