Sales Representative Specialist - Pure Hong Kong

My client is seeking a seasoned leader to head their Securities Sales and Relationship Management team.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Securities Sales & Relationship Management team, ensuring delivery of strategic objectives.
2. Drive origination and execution of Securities transactions, providing innovative fiduciary solutions to clients.
3. Build and strengthen relationships with financial institutions, leveraging networks to expand business opportunities.
4. Identify new revenue streams and cross-selling opportunities across product lines.

Requirements

1. Over 10 years of experience in securities, fiduciary services, or financial institution sales.
2. Strong expertise in Securities & Fiduciary Services with proven track record of structuring and executing transactions.
3. Established network and relationships within the Financial Institution sector in Hong Kong and China.
4. Demonstrated leadership experience, with ability to manage and inspire teams.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong understanding of market trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics.
